If you're a skilled IT Engineer with hands-on experience in installing and supporting IT, WiFi, and telecoms systems-and you enjoy the autonomy of field-based work-this could be the ideal role for you.

You will be joining a fast-growing technology provider delivering end-to-end solutions across Connectivity, IT, Networks, Cloud, Software, Wi-Fi, and Telecoms. With a strong customer base in the hospitality sector and beyond, the company is known for its fast, dependable, and personal service, offered 24/7, 365 days a year.

This is a field-based position where you will install, maintain, and support IT and network infrastructure on client sites across the UK. The role requires a flexible and proactive approach to travel, overnight stays, and out-of-hours work on a shared rota basis-all essential to delivering the high service levels our customers expect. When not on-site, you'll work remotely from a well-equipped home setup.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with a passion for delivering high-quality technical work and outstanding customer service. The Role

Carry out installation and maintenance of IT and WiFi systems on customer sites
Provide remote and on-site support for IT and telecoms systems
Assist in the design and deployment of new network and WiFi solutions
Perform wireless surveys and update relevant documentation
Participate in the out-of-hours support rota (with additional pay)
The Person

Solid background in Windows Server environments (e.g., DNS, DHCP, GPO)
Experience with WiFi technologies, ideally Cisco, Ruckus, or Aruba
Familiarity with hosted PBX systems (e.g., Gamma Horizon, 3CX)
Confident working independently, with flexibility to travel and stay overnight
Full UK driving license
