Key Responsibilities
Deliver targeted 1:1 and group support to children and families
Complete assessments and develop outcome-focused support plans
Work alongside Social Workers, Schools, Health, and Early Help Teams
Support families with routines, boundaries, housing, budgeting, parenting, and accessing community resources
Keep accurate records and contribute to multi-agency meetings
Promote positive change, resilience, and independence
