The Opportunity:
The Chief Commercial Officer will lead the commercial strategy across the UK and international markets, driving revenue growth, market penetration and long-term commercial success. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for building international capability while continuing to unlock the full potential of an already successful UK operation.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to develop scalable commercial frameworks, identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships across multiple regions, including expansion into the United States.

This role suits a senior commercial leader who is comfortable setting direction, leading teams and delivering results in complex, multi-market environments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Define and deliver UK and international commercial strategies across sales, marketing and business development

* Drive revenue growth, forecasting and target delivery across all regions

* Lead, develop and scale high-performing commercial teams

* Identify and execute market entry and expansion opportunities

* Build and secure strategic international partnerships and alliances

* Monitor market intelligence, regulatory requirements and cultural considerations

* Collaborate closely with finance, risk and operational leadership

* Strengthen the UK market position while building global commercial capability

About You:

* 10–15+ years’ experience in senior commercial leadership roles

* Proven experience driving growth within an SME, with clear ownership and accountability rather than operating within a large corporate structure

* Proven track record of driving growth across multi-region or international markets

* Strong strategic mindset with the ability to execute at pace

* Confident negotiator with excellent cross-cultural communication skills

* Experience within services, financial services, credit insurance, invoice finance, debt recovery or legal sectors

* A leader capable of balancing global expansion with UK market leadership
