Are you an experienced Forklift Truck Driver looking for a secure, full-time role with great pay and a brilliant team?
We’re working with one of the UK’s leading logistics companies, supplying a major automotive manufacturer right here in North Birmingham.

We’re on the lookout for skilled Counterbalance, Reach, or Bendi (Flexi) drivers who are confident, safety-conscious, and ready to take on a rewarding long-term position in a fast-paced, modern facility.

What You’ll Be Doing
Operating Counterbalance, Reach, or Bendi trucks in narrow aisles and busy production areas
Moving stillages, pallets, and cages safely and efficiently
Supporting the wider team with off-truck duties such as line feeding, materials handling, and general housekeeping
Working closely with assembly and machine teams to keep production running smoothlyWhat We’re Looking For

Valid FLT licence(s) – Counterbalance, Reach, or Bendi (issued within the last 3 years)
Minimum 12 months MHE experience in a busy warehouse or manufacturing site
Team player with good communication skills
Comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced environment
