Production Operator

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a Giftware brand renowned for creating personalised, hand-crafted gifts for special occasions like Father's Day, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, and Christmas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to producing unique, custom-made items!

Job Title: Production Operator

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

Location: Near Pershore (Own transport required due to location)

Contract: Temp to perm for the right candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating heat print machines and engraving machines

• Working with sublimation processes, imprinting, and jewellery making

• Ensuring precise attention to detail for the production of high-quality, personalised gifts

• Maintaining a focus on efficiency and meeting production deadlines

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

• Experience with heat print and engraving machines is an advantage, but not required - full training provided

• Knowledge of Photoshop is a bonus but not essential

• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

• Own transport due to the location

Additional Information:

From September until December, during the peak season, weekend work will be required to meet production demands.
