Location: Delamere Street, CW1 2JZ

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Pay Rate: £36.14 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to deliver social and healthcare services effectively.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Coordinate with Cheshire East Council to meet community needs.

Oversee staff performance and provide necessary training and support.

Handle administrative duties related to team management.

Person Specifications

Must Have

Social Work England registration.

At least 3 years of post-qualifying experience.

Enhanced DBS check completed or updated within the last 2 weeks.

Eligibility to work in the UK.

Two practice-based references.

Compliance with Cheshire East Council standards.

Nice to Have

Experience working with Cheshire East Council.

Additional qualifications in social and healthcare.
