Encouraging communication, independence and social development

Working collaboratively with teachers, hearing/speech specialists and families

Creating a calm, engaging and inclusive classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

BSL Level 2 qualification or higher

Experience working with Early Years children (SEN experience highly desirable)

A patient, nurturing and enthusiastic personality

Confidence signing consistently throughout classroom activities

Someone who genuinely believes communication is at the heart of learning

What the School Offers:

A specialist setting where BSL is valued and celebrated

Supportive leadership and a collaborative staff culture

Ongoing training and professional development

The opportunity to make a lasting impact at a crucial stage of development

A welcoming, community-focused environment

If you're looking for a part-time role where your BSL skills will be truly valued and where you can see the difference you make every day, we would love to hear from you.
