We are currently recruiting Early Years Support Assistants to work across a range of friendly and well-established nurseries throughout Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate individuals who are committed to supporting young children’s learning, development, and wellbeing in the early years.
About the Role
As an Early Years Support Assistant, you will:
Support children aged 0–5 in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Promote children’s social, emotional, and educational development
Work collaboratively with nursery staff to maintain high standards of care
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Who We’re Looking For
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who:
Have completed qualifications equivalent to Level 3 Early Years, such as BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies or similar
Are passionate about working with young children and supporting their development
Have good communication skills and a caring, reliable approach
Are able to work flexibly across different nursery settings in Bristol
We also welcome applications from:
Individuals currently studying a Level 2 Early Years qualification, who are looking to gain hands-on experience alongside their studies

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
