As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Build and maintain relationships with school leaders and educators.
Source, interview, and match candidates to teaching and support staff roles.
Support the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to successful placement.
Manage candidate databases and update information accurately.
Deliver a high level of customer service to both candidates and clients.
Work to individual and team targets in a supportive, high-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For

Enthusiastic graduates or individuals with a strong desire to start a career in recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational abilities and the confidence to work independently.
Resilience, drive, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous phone-based experience
Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
