Key Responsibilities:

* Providing expert legal advice on planning and development matters within a corporate or commercial context

* Drafting and reviewing planning agreements, permits, and related documentation

* Advising on compliance with planning laws, regulations, and policies

* Collaborating with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to support successful project outcomes

* Managing caseloads efficiently while maintaining high-quality legal standards

Requirements:

* Qualified solicitor or barrister with proven experience in planning law

* Strong knowledge of planning legislation, policy, and procedures in the private sector

* Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Availability for immediate start on a locum basis
