Freshservice Consultant

Duration - 3 months (Initially)

We are looking for an experienced Freshservice Consultant to support the development, configuration, and optimisation of our service management platform. This role requires hands-on experience with Freshservice, strong service management knowledge, and ideally a background in higher education.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and customise Freshservice modules to meet organisational requirements
Design and implement workflows, automations, and service catalogues
Integrate Freshservice with internal systems and third-party tools
Provide technical documentation and support user training
Offer expert guidance on platform capabilities and best practicesKey Requirements:

Proven experience in developing and configuring Freshservice (Freshworks)
Strong understanding of ITSM principles; ITIL knowledge is an advantage
Experience with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools
Effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
Previous experience in the higher education sectorDesirable:

ITIL certification
Experience with other Freshworks products
