Within the last two years, this organisation has established its first residential services, with a plan for growth of a total of 4 homes in the coming years, our client can offer further career growth and development.

The Opportunity:

As the Registered Manager, you will be pivotal in shaping and leading this brand new 3-bed residential service for low risk young people. Your vision, leadership, and dedication will be the driving force behind building a compassionate and dynamic team, fostering a nurturing environment, and establishing a high-calibre service achieving positive outcomes for the young people.

Requirements:

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and leading a care service for children and young people.

- Qualifications: Ideal candidates will hold a QCF Level 5 leadership & management.

- Passion and Compassion: Genuine empathy for young individuals facing challenges fuels your dedication to effecting positive change in their lives.

- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication skills empower your team to deliver outstanding care and support.

- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of OFSTED regulations, standards, and safeguarding requirements in the Children's care sector.
