This leadership role is vital to ensuring every student can access a quality education. You will lead the SEN strategy, work with staff and families, and ensure provision is effective and evolving.

Key Requirements:

QTS and National SENCO Award (or willingness to undertake it)

Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice
