You will be joining a nurturing and forward-thinking Senior Leadership Team that offers excellent support and professional development.

As an Early Years Leader, you will:

Be a strong and experienced EYFS teacher with a proven track record of delivering high-quality learning and curriculum design.

Demonstrate confident and compassionate leadership, inspiring staff and pupils alike.

Be committed to driving progress, raising standards, and removing barriers to learning.

Hold high expectations for all learners and yourself.

Be passionate about developing a hands-on, child-centred curriculum in a warm and stimulating environment.
