The Role:

They are currently seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a £60m development in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to gain invaluable experience on a landmark project while working closely with experienced commercial professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation of cost plans, valuations and financial reports

Supporting the management of subcontractor packages and procurement

Liaising with the site team and suppliers to ensure cost control

Reporting to and supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project QS

Ensuring compliance with company procedures and commercial controls

Requirements:

Experience working with a Main Contractor is essential

Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role

A relevant construction-related degree or equivalent qualification

Strong communication and analytical skills

Enthusiasm to learn and progress in a high-performing team
