Primary Tutor
Our Primary Tutors provide essential support to pupils who need additional help in core subjects. We understand that every learner is unique, so we offer flexible working hours and the chance to make a meaningful impact on young students.
Key Responsibilities
· Deliver engaging one-to-one or small-group tuition in Maths and English for primary-age learners.
· Adapt lesson content, strategies, and pacing to suit varied learning needs.
· Help pupils build subject knowledge, study skills, and confidence.
· Foster positive, supportive relationships to create a safe learning environment.
· Monitor progress and give clear, constructive feedback to parents/carers and professionals.
Essential Requirements
· Experience delivering one-to-one or small-group support.
· Right to work in the UK.
· Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable
· PGCE in Primary Education and/or QTS.
· Experience supporting learners with additional needs.
