A supportive primary school in B31 is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join their team in a long-term role, starting after February half term.

? Trials are taking place immediately — early applications are encouraged.

✅ The Role:
Supporting pupils with behavioural, emotional and social needs
Working 1:1 and in small groups
Helping pupils engage positively with learning
Collaborating with teachers, SEN staff and leadership
Creating a calm, consistent and nurturing environment? Ideal Candidate:
Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor, TA, Youth Worker, or similar
Confident supporting challenging behaviour
Calm, resilient and patient approach
School-based experience preferred (but not essential)⭐ What’s in It for You:
