Managing complex ER casework with confidence and professionalism
Coaching, guiding, and upskilling managers to build capability
Driving and supporting organisational change initiatives
Building strong stakeholder relationships, working closely with day-to-day operations across all aspects of people
Delivering the HR strategy in your business areaProfile

Is currently operating as HR Business Partner in manufacturing, logistics, engineering or consultation
Proven HR partnering experience in operational industries
Strong ER knowledge and ability to handle complex cases
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

4 days per week onsite, 1 day WFH
