Weighbridge Coordinator

Shifts: Monday to Friday, Days

We are supporting a Suffolk-based food manufacturer with their search for a proactive and reliable Weighbridge Coordinator.

You’ll play a key role by keeping things moving smoothly on-site - helping manage the flow of vehicles, ensuring everything is logged correctly, and being the face of the business for all announced and unannounced visitors.

Onsite parking Key Responsibilities:

Weighing lorry deliveries, checking them in, sampling
Data entry using company's bespoke system (full training provided)
Liaising with delivery drivers / welcoming them and others to site
Stock taking
Helping with other duties as and when required
Supporting operations across a busy, fast-paced manufacturing environment Key Criteria:

Prior experience as a Weighbridge Operator
Experience of & comfortable to work at height
A friendly and professional attitude
Excellent communication skills to liaise across all levels in the business
Competent on a computer for data entry / learning bespoke system
Able to stay calm under pressure
Forklift license would be an advantage (not essential)
A team player 
Full UK driving license with access to own car
