We are now seeking a National Business Development Manager to help us expand our footprint across the UK and drive new client acquisition.
About the Role:
This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on generating new business opportunities and managing a strong national sales pipeline. You’ll identify key prospects, build strong B2B relationships, and present our recruitment solutions to industrial and logistics companies of all sizes.
As a field-based role, travel across the UK will be required. You’ll work closely with our regional recruitment teams to ensure a smooth handover of accounts and continued client success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify, target, and win new business opportunities in the industrial and logistics sectors
* Develop and manage a robust national sales pipeline aligned to growth targets
* Build and present bespoke recruitment solutions to potential clients
* Represent Frontline Recruitment at meetings, networking events, and trade shows
* Collaborate with branch managers and consultants to ensure seamless onboarding of new accounts
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and risks
* Produce regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and strategic insights for senior leadership
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within the recruitment sector (industrial/logistics focus essential)
* Strong understanding of recruitment challenges and trends in industrial and warehousing/logistics environments
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
* Strategic mindset with a results-driven, self-motivated approach
* Willingness to travel nationally; full UK driving licence required
