A growing and well-established wealth management practice based in Kelham Island is looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner to join their collaborative team.

This is a technical paraplanning position supporting Financial Advisers across a broad range of client cases. You’ll play a key role in delivering compliant, high-quality financial planning solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

Analysing client fact-finds and financial information

*

Researching pensions, investments, ISAs, bonds and protection products

*

Preparing detailed suitability reports and recommendation letters

*

Pension analysis, drawdown comparisons and retirement planning modelling

*

Supporting more complex cases including pension transfers and inheritance tax planning

*

Ensuring all work meets FCA and internal compliance standards

*

Maintaining accurate, audit-ready client files

About You

We’re looking for an experienced paraplanner who:

Has 3+ years’ experience within a financial planning environment

*

Possesses strong technical knowledge across pensions and investments

*

Is confident producing high-quality suitability reports

*

Has a strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements

*

Works methodically with excellent attention to detail

*

Is comfortable managing multiple cases and deadlines
