Location: Kilburn, NW6 7JR
Salary: £31,000 - £32,000
Hours: 49.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:30pm; alternate Saturdays, 7:00am – 4:30pm
A well-established builders’ merchant in Kilburn is currently seeking a Hardware Trade Counter Sales Assistant. Key Responsibilities:

Provide a friendly and professional service to all trade counter visitors
*
Assist with the handling of incoming and outgoing deliveries
*
Manage telephone enquiries efficiently and maintain clear communication with both customers and team members
*
Process orders and support stock management activities
*
Respond promptly and positively to customer requirements and inquiries
*
Contribute to regular stock counts and inventory control
Requirements:

Strong customer service skills

Previous knowledge or experience with hardware and building materials is required.
