Copello are working with a leading defence organisation working on complex, high-impact programmes. We're seeking a Senior Commercial Manager with strong experience in managing high-value contracts and commercial strategy within a defence environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading commercial negotiations and contract management on complex projects
• Developing and executing commercial strategies, ensuring compliance with policy and defence regulations
• Supporting bid and proposal activity on medium to large-scale opportunities
• Building strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders
• Guiding commercial decisions with a focus on risk, pricing, and governance
• Leading and developing commercial teams, fostering innovation and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant degree (e.g., Law, Business, Economics) and solid commercial management experience
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong track record in negotiating innovative commercial solutions
• Experience in shaping proposals and commercial input for complex programmes
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, and process improvement
• Must be a sole British national and eligible for, or already hold, SC clearance
