What You’ll Be Doing:

* Supporting the delivery of engaging lessons planned by the class teacher

* Working closely with teachers and staff to provide effective support

* Assisting pupils with their learning, questions, and personal development

* Encouraging positive behaviour and ensuring a safe, focused classroom space

* Being a positive role model that learners can trust and look up to

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience of working with children or vulnerable adults

* A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

* EWC registration (or ready to register)

* A positive, proactive attitude and a true passion for helping pupils succeed

* Strong communication and organisation skills

* The ability to uphold and promote school values
