We're working with a well-established and rapidly growing national security services company on the lookout for a confident, self-motivated Telesales / Appointment Setter to support their field sales team. This is a pure outbound B2B role, focused on booking quality appointments - no hard closing or scripts, just intelligent, honest conversations.
The Role
Make outbound calls to warm and cold B2B prospects
Book face-to-face appointments for the external sales team
Manage and maintain your own call data using the company CRM
Focus on lead quality and consistency - not just hitting dial targets
Office-based in Peterborough (Mon-Fri, 08:45-17:00)What We're Looking For
Solid telesales or appointment setting experience
Confident, professional communicator with strong resilience
Self-driven and comfortable managing your own workload
Experience in a service-based sales environment ideal
