Class People, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking two dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team of Teaching Assistants in Gloucester. Class People are working with a Primary school in the centre of Gloucester who are currrently recruiting for two part-time Teaching Assistants to work across the different year groups. If you have a genuine love for working with children and supporting their development, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. While qualifications are desirable, we welcome candidates with relevant experience and a commitment to making a positive impact on young lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide support to individual students or small groups, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Help create and maintain a safe and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom.
Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
Contribute to the overall development and well-being of students.
Requirements:

Experience working with children in an educational setting.
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
A positive and proactive attitude towards learning and development.
Qualification:

While qualifications such as a Level 2 or Level 3 are desirable, they are not essential. We welcome candidates with relevant experience and a strong commitment to enhancing learning, development, and the overall educational experience for children.
