Salary: £95,000 - £110,000 + Package + Car Allowance + Benefits

We're working with a well-established, Tier 1 Main Contractor who are thriving in the industrial sector and have a major project in Suffolk region. They're now on the lookout for a Senior Building Services Manager to join their high-performing team.

About the Role of Senior Building Services Manager:

Reporting directly to the Project Director, you'll be a key part of the project delivery team - overseeing the full MEP package from construction through to commissioning and handover. Projects vary in scope and complexity, covering everything from specialist lighting and renewable energy systems to complex mechanical and manufacturing process systems.

You'll be using your technical know-how, commercial awareness, and programming skills to deliver high-quality solutions that meet design intent, budget, and programme - all while ensuring full compliance with current legislation, BREEAM, CIBSE, BSRIA and other standards.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Building Services Manager:

Oversee MEP services from design to handover
Review sub-contractor drawings and technical submissions
Ensure co-ordination between MEP and other works packages
Attend and contribute to regular commissioning meetings
Manage snagging and defects to ensure timely completion
Requirements for Senior Building Services Manager:

Background working with a main contractor
HNC or Degree in Building Services
Experience managing MEP at design, construction & commissioning stages
