Hales Group are seeking a proactive and reliable Maintenance Operative to help maintain cherished spaces of the Town.
 
You will work as part of a dedicated team to keep buildings, amenities, and public spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and inspect buildings and report defects
Maintain planters and flower beds
Litter picking and bin monitoring across different sites
Regular checks and cleaning of public conveniences and recreational areas
Weekly inspections of play and skate equipment
Support grass cutting, signage changes, and minor repairs
Assist with market setup/close-down.
Follow Health & Safety and Council policies at all times   What We're Looking For:

A team player with a strong work ethic
Practical skills in grounds or building maintenance
Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons
Full UK driving licence preferred
