The Company:

One of the largest AV Integrators in the UK, our company has a proven track record of excellence in audio-visual integration projects across various sectors. With over 100 employees, we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Service Engineers to join us.

Brief Overview of Role:

We are looking for Service Engineers to carry out maintenance and service visits for our high-end residential clients in London and the South of England.

Duties:

Servicing and maintenance of high-end residential AV systems, including home cinemas, networks, and lighting controls.
Conducting scheduled preventative maintenance visits.
Troubleshooting programming related issues.
Diagnosing and repairing issues with AV hardware, control systems, and audio DSPs.
Resolving network related issues and reconfiguring network switches and routers as needed.
Accurately updating service documentation.
Skills and Experience:

Essential:

2+ years of experience as an AV Engineer.
Commissioning or service experience in a residential AV environment.
Strong knowledge of networks.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Package:

£35,000 - £45,000 salary, dependent on experience.
Private healthcare.
