Transport Office Administrator

Calne | £29,640 per annum | Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:30 | Permanent | Office-based

Introduction

We are recruiting an Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the office. This role involves handling logistics queries, providing quotations to new and existing business customers, and managing data entry that generates invoices.

Key Duties

Answer the telephone and deal with day-to-day enquiries from existing and new clients.

Provide quotations for new customers and ensure smooth office operations.

Communicate effectively with all departments within the office.

Create invoices for orders through data entry.

Maintain records of enquiries, orders, and payments using Catalyst CRM.

Capture and manage data in line with GDPR guidelines.

Support the wider organisation with project administration tasks.

Requirements

Experience in office administration or similar role (implied).

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Proficient in data entry and using CRM systems.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.

Team player with attention to detail.
