Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our Manufacturing and Logistics team, reporting directly to the Manufacturing Leader. This hands-on role involves carrying out a variety of assembly, painting, and machine operation tasks to support seat component production. The position offers full training, making it ideal for individuals looking to start or develop a career in manufacturing.

Reports to: Manufacturing Leader
Hours: 39 per week

Core shift: Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-1pm
Flexibility for morning/evening shifts may be required
Occasional work outside normal hours to meet business needs

Key Responsibilities

Carry out a range of general operator duties within the manufacturing plant
Manual assembly of seat parts, stores duties, leather work, machine operations
Preparing and painting finished parts
Follow production build plans and supervisor instructions
Adhere to quality procedures and ensure a high standard of output
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Contribute to a culture of Continuous Improvement
