Description

Respond to customer inquiries through inbound calls and emails.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Resolve customer issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner.
Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns effectively.
Stay informed about the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed.
Support the team in achieving service level agreements and performance targets.
Contribute to a positive customer experience by maintaining a polite and professional approach at all times.Profile

A successful Temporary Customer Service Advisor should have:

Previous experience in a customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
