Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Salary: £25,396 per annum

About the Role:
This is a full-time, customer-facing position where you’ll act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the front-of-house area. The ideal candidate will be personable, reliable, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Handling incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries accordingly
Conducting stock checks and managing allocation
Assisting with the unloading and organisation of deliveries
Providing general administrative and operational support as required
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised front-of-house areaIdeal Candidate:

Previous experience in a front-of-house or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and positive attitude
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
