SEN Teaching Assistant - Mainstream Primary Schools in Bedford, Bedfordshire - £90-100 per day - PAYE - Temp to Perm - January 2026 Start

Tradewind are currently working exclusively with several schools in Central Bedford who are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join them from January.

We are looking for people with experience working with children with SEN either in schools or other settings. People from care or youth work backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

You will be working closely with children with a range of complex needs including ASD, PMLD, ADHD and SEMH. Experience is therefore vital or a strong passion for pursuing a career in education alongside a degree. In these roles you will be working with children on a 1-1 basis.

For the strongest educators, this may lead to full-time employment with the school.

What we're looking for:

* Experience supporting children with additional or complex needs
* A nurturing, positive approach to learning and behaviour
* Ability to work effectively with class teachers and SENCOs
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
