Role: Small Works Project Manager

Our client is looking for a project manager to join their team, covering a large government contract. 

The ideal candidate must have FM experience or worked as client side PM.

The Role

P&L support
Financial sign offs
Experience of working on lifecycle and variation works up to £1m per year
Health & Safety sign off
Client facing and holding meetings
Reports 
Qualifications & Experience 

Qualification in M&E or building fabric or relevant project management experience.
Computer literate
Driver
Must have undertake an enhanced DBS check as these are sensitive sites.
