Our client is seeking a Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join their busy and supportive team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while continuing to develop and progress your career within the firm.

Experience for this Litigation Solicitor role:
Contract and commercial disputes
Property and landlord/tenant matters
Debt recovery and enforcement
Employment and professional negligence claims
Boundary and neighbour disputes
Contentious probate and other general civil litigation work
Qualifications for this Litigation Solicitor vacancy:
Managing your own varied caseload from instruction to conclusion
Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
Representing clients in negotiations and at hearings
Business development experience
