Your new role

Managing a team of up to 10 staff
Managing employee relations issues
Responsible for team motivation and moral
Supporting individual growth
Responsible for grievance and disciplinary issues
Overseeing the entire sales order process from initial enquiry through to dispatch
Up and cross-sell products at every opportunity
Manage customer quotations
Extensive intercompany relations
Manage customer queries and complaints
Weekly sales reporting
