Teaching Assistant Wanted - Support, Nurture and Inspire!

Location: Oxfordshire

Position: Full-time / Part-time (Term Time Only)

Salary: £95 - £110

Your Role Will Include:

* Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality teaching and learning.

* Working with individual and small groups to support learning and development.

* Helping to prepare resources and create a welcoming, inclusive classroom environment.

* Supporting children with additional needs where required.

* Encouraging positive behaviour, independence and a love of learning

* Assisting with classroom organisation, displays and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

* Has experience working with children in a school or early years setting

* An Enhanced DBS check (or be willing to complete one)

* Relevant Teaching Assistant Qualification

* Is patient, caring and able to build strong relationships with children and staff
