Job Title: Sales Negotiator

Location: Great Dunmow, Essex, United Kingdom

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per Annum

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences

Arrange and conduct property viewings

Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers

Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the sales process

Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or a similar role is preferred but not required 

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to work well in a team

Driven and target-focused

UK driving licence and own car required
