Smile Education are proud to be working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the WS8 area to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (Level 3) to join their Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) team.

Role: Teaching Assistant (Level 3)
Setting: Specialist Resource Provision (SRP)
Contract: Full-time
Location: WS8
Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Has experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN), ideally within an SRP or specialist setting
Can adapt learning activities to meet individual needs
Works effectively as part of a supportive team of teachers and SEN professionals
Demonstrates patience, understanding, and a commitment to inclusive educationIn this role, you’ll support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping to create a positive and nurturing learning environment where every child can succeed.
