As a Customer Validations Advisor, you will help customers get their homes back to normal after unexpected damage. You will work closely with suppliers and clients to agree on the right repairs, keep everyone updated, and make sure everything runs smoothly.

What you will be doing:

Talking to suppliers and clients to agree on repair plans
Checking costs and making sure claims are fair and accurate
Keeping communication clear and simple for everyone involved
Making sure service standards are met and repairs happen quicklyWhat our client is looking for:

A confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Someone who enjoys working as part of a team
Great attention to detail with the ability for problem-solving
Experience in insurance or construction is helpful, but not essential - our client will provide full training and even pay for professional qualificationsBenefits:

Salary: £23,900 - £29,500 (depending on experience)
Bonus twice a year (average £400-£500)
Paid qualifications and a £1,000 salary boost when you qualify
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
