Location: Chorley / Preston

Service Type: 2-bed EBD Home (Single or Dual Registration Option)

Salary:

– Up to £55,000 for single home registration

– Up to £65,000 for dual registration (2 x 2-bed homes)

About the Role:

Take full leadership of a 2-bed EBD home—or two, if you’re ready for a dual registration

Ensure excellent care, safeguarding, and outcomes for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties

Build and mentor your team, establish a positive culture, and lead by example

Work closely with senior leaders who back your decisions and vision

Maintain compliance with Ofsted and deliver therapeutic, child-centred care

✔ Experienced Registered Manager or Deputy with leadership aspirations

✔ Confident with EBD care and therapeutic approaches

✔ Strong understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted, and regulatory standards
