Sales Administrator
Job Type: Part time
Location: Telford (On-site) | Hours: 15–20 per week | Pay: £15–£20/hour
Your Role
You’ll work directly with the manager to manage leads, organise follow-ups, onboard new clients, and help close deals quickly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and can handle client-facing communication with confidence.
Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities :

Follow up on warm leads and track them using our CRM (Pipedrive)
*
Draft and send quotes, emails, and proposals
*
Book and confirm client calls, demos, and audits
*
Manage admin for Technology services
*
Ensure no leads fall through the cracks — track and chase as needed
*
Be present in the office for check-ins, support, and coordination
What We’re Looking For in a Sales Administrator:
*
Experience in sales support, admin, or customer success
*
Strong communication and follow-up skills
*
Highly organised and detail-focused
*
Comfortable using software tools (email, CRM, 365 Docs)
*
Based in or near Telford and available to work on-site
Bonus if You Have:

Background in tech, compliance, or cybersecurity
*
Familiarity with Pipedrive or similar CRMs
*
Confidence to speak with clients and build rapport
