Compliance Lead

We are seeking a Compliance Lead to join our dynamic team within Global Workplace Solutions. This role is pivotal in managing compliance administration and ensuring all statutory and non-statutory paperwork is accurately maintained on our CAFM system.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee compliance activities to meet contractual obligations.
Manage vendors and provide quality compliance support.
Ensure all PPM paperwork and remedials are correctly uploaded and tracked.
Act as the first point of contact for compliance queries.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and adapting business processes.
Coach and mentor a small team of Helpdesk Advisors.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Experience in coaching and team development.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to lead and influence in a changing environment.
Qualifications
Minimum GCSE passes in Maths and English (or equivalent).
Higher education (A-Level/HNC/Degree) preferred.
