Umbrella Payroll | Agency Relationships | Inside Sales
We’re working with a well-established umbrella payroll provider looking to hire an Internal Client Relationship Manager to support growth across small to mid-sized recruitment agencies.
This is a telephone and email-led role, focused on building agency relationships, generating referrals, and managing accounts to a high service standard.
The role:

Develop and grow relationships with recruitment agencies supplying temporary contractors
*
Generate new business through outbound calls, emails and referrals
*
Manage and grow an existing agency account base
*
Handle inbound enquiries from prospective agencies
*
Provide guidance to agencies on umbrella services and industry legislation
*
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data on CRM
*
Occasionally attend client meetings or hospitality events
Targets & KPIs:
*
Minimum 40 outbound calls per day or 2 hours talk time
*
Actively manage a prospect base of c.200 agencies
*
Grow accounts to 100 first paid contractors per month
*
Strong focus on service quality and relationship development
What they’re looking for:

Proven B2B sales or account management experience
*
Comfortable working to call and activity KPIs
*
Experience with inside sales / phone-based roles
*
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
*
CRM experience and good organisational skills
*
Self-motivated and target driven
