Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.00pm with one day on rotation finishing at 4.00pm
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Staveley, Chesterfield
Responsible to: Office Supervisor
Main Purpose: Responsible for all aspects of administration, dealing with customers and answering telephone calls. Full training will be provided upon joining the business.
Main tasks and duties
* Working within a busy office environment in a customer service role Must be able to work well in both an individual & with a wider team setting.
* Effectively deal with customers at all levels, both internally & externally in both verbal and written formats.
* Provide a high level of customer service to your customers.
* Manage own workload within a busy office environment
* Deal accurately and efficiently with all types of customer enquiries, keeping all key stakeholders fully informed throughout the process.
* Fully investigating any issues on customer orders & reporting to upper management.
* Ability to make sound commercial decisions where needed.
* IT literate – Microsoft office packages.
* To be flexible & adaptable approach to the role and have the ability to assist wider team where necessary
