Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 16:00 (including 30-minute lunch break) Salary: Starting from £27,000 per year

As a Trainee Vehicle Damage Assessor, you will play a vital role in assessing vehicle damage while receiving ongoing training to develop your skills further. Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out damage assessments as part of your training
Managing general office/admin tasks, such as:

Answering telephone inquiries professionally
Using management software to input, record, and retrieve data
Handling face-to-face customer interactions with professionalism
Scanning and organizing paperwork in a structured filing system Key Skills

Essential:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong general IT skills
Good analytical and organizational abilities Desirable but not essential:

Experience working in a vehicle repair body shop environment
Familiarity with Bodyshop Management Systems
Experience using Audatex and/or Autosoft
Previous VDA experience
Experience working in a Parts department Benefits
