Job Title: Administrator – Management Development & Mentoring
Location: South West
Salary: £23,600 – £25,200 per annum
Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week
We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Administrator to provide essential support to a busy Management Development and Mentoring team in the South West.
Key Responsibilities:
General admin duties, filing, and record keeping
Data input into spreadsheets and databases
Drafting letters, reports, and general correspondence
Managing diaries and arranging meetings
Handling telephone and in-person enquiries
Coordinating with internal departments and external contacts
Recording staff absence and leave in HR systemsRequirements:
5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths
Strong IT skills, especially with spreadsheets and databases
Recent experience in an administrative role
Excellent planning, communication, and teamwork skills

Annual Leave: 281.5 hours per year, including bank holidays
