About the Role
As an Art Teacher, you will:
• Deliver high-quality Art lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach KS5.
• Inspire students through innovative projects and creative assignments.
• Support and guide students in developing technical skills and personal style.
• Organise and contribute to exhibitions, competitions, and school arts events.
• Work as part of a passionate team that values inclusive and creative teaching.
• Create a positive and safe classroom environment conducive to artistic exploration.
Experience and Qualifications
• A degree in Art or a related subject.
• QTS or PGCE in Secondary Education.
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for visual arts.
• A flair for creative and engaging teaching strategies.
Salary
The salary is in line with national pay scales – MPS/UPS, depending on experience.
