The role is based in Grantham - easily commutable from most of Lincolnshire/Nottinghamshire. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm

You should have...

Experience in warehouse management including WMS (ideally Oracle Netsuite or SAP or similar)
Strong understanding of all warehousing operations from goods in to despatch, inventory management and stock control, health and safety management
Excellent team leadership skills and stakeholder management as you will be dealing with offshore suppliers (China, India, Vietnam)
Confidence to set and measure performance through KPI's and SLA's (e.g. OTIF) preferably in a seasonal retail or ecommerce business  

Ideally, you will have experience working in ISO accredited environments (phone number removed) and have a relevant safety qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH) Interested? Then apply today
